The following should answer any questions you may have regarding the collection and return of your car

 

Meeting the Buggs representative at Bergerac/Limoges/La Rochelle airport

 

Bergerac is a small airport with only one arrivals hall.

 

The Buggs Bungalow is situation just to the left of the exit of the arrivals hall.

 

At Limoges & La Rochelle airports, simply follow the signs to the car hire office where you will see our desk.

 

A Buggs representative will be there to meet you.

 

Check, Sign and Go

 

Please have the driving licences of the relevant drivers available to check off, together with passports.

 

The representative will confirm the condition of the car, the fuel situation and the return meeting time and place.

 

There will be no attempt to sell you any add-on packages.

 

Just sign the form and on your way.

 

This process will take no more than 10-15 minutes.

 

Returning your car to Bergerac/Limoges/La Rochelle airport

 

We will confirm your return details when you collect your car.

 

A Buggs representative will personally meet you when you return.

 

Assuming the car is returned in the correct condition with correct fuel levels, just sign off the return section of the agreement and your hire is complete.

 

Collection and return from other locations

 

Buggs can arrange to deliver and collect from other local locations, there maybe a charge for this.

 

Specify this when requesting a quotation. Please try and give the postal code with the adress so we can include the costs within your quotation.

 

Delivery and collection costs are based from the airports where the cars are located. Please note it is not always possible during peak busy periods.
